I excel in strategic planning, persuasive negotiation, project management, financial acumen, and stakeholder collaboration. With over 20 years of business/corporate marketing, and real estate experience, I bring a unique blend of skills to every partnership.
For buyers, I thrive on guiding both first-time and experienced buyers to find their dream homes, recognize the emotional journey involved, and dedicate myself to making homeownership a reality. With a background in home renovation and complex residential transformations (personal and professional), I possess a keen eye for potential and excel in bringing visions to life through expert vendor selection and management.
For sellers, I leverage my marketing expertise to maximize property value, tailoring each campaign with a strategic mix of integrated marketing channels. I focus on a property’s specific attributes and curate a recommended plan for prepping, staging, and marketing the property.

Achieved the highest closing price per square foot in Glen Park for all of 2023 with my recent sale of 118 Hamerton Avenue.
Managed and closed four co-op property sales to date (two sellers represented, and two buyers represented).
International buyer experience having represented buyers from countries throughout Asia, Europe, and South America.
Strong first-time buyer expertise with a successful track record of educating, guiding, and purchasing.

Outside of work, I serve on the board of directors for the non-profit Shanti/PAWS and donate a percentage from every closing to the organization. I was previously on the board of directors of the National AIDS Memorial, and currently sponsor several local neighborhood initiatives.
Before real estate, I honed my marketing and client consulting skills through a successful marketing career with renowned companies like PayPal and Gap Inc. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California State University San Francisco and am fluent in Portuguese.
